Baseball fans are excited to return to Dudy Noble

MISSISSIPPI STATE, Miss. (Take 30 News) -- The 2020 Mississippi State Baseball Season is now in full swing.

Despite Cowbell Yell's cancelation a few days prior, fans were still excited as ever to return to Dudy Noble.

Senior Accounting student, Brittany Dennison, was upset about missing her last Cowbell Yell.

"I love Cowbell Yell, I go there every time they have it. It's my senior year, now they cancelled it, so it's kind of a bummer" Dennison said.

Aside from Cowbell Yell's abrupt cancellation, fans were excited to see how Chris Lemonis and his team play this year.

Mechanical Engineering student, Nirmal Bhatt, was excited to return to the stadium.

"I did go to a couple of games last year and while I had never been to a baseball game before, it was a great experience," Bhatt said.

The first few games against Wright State resulted in landslide victories and the Diamond Dawgs face off against Oregon State the weekend of February 21st.

Baseball tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth or online at hailstate.com.
